Who we are

We paid $600 for three phone calls and a spreadsheet.

Baby Snooze Experts started the way most parent-built companies do: at 3am, standing over a crib, out of ideas. We did what exhausted parents do — we hired the expensive sleep consultant. What we got was three scheduled calls, a PDF, and a shared spreadsheet to fill in by hand.

It worked, eventually. But the thing we actually needed never existed: someone to ask right then, mid-cry, about our baby. The consultant was asleep. The course had no inbox. The apps had opinions about nap windows and nothing to say at 2:47am.

So we built it: a sleep expert who carries our program's methods, the published research behind them, and your baby's whole story into every message. Who texts first. Who answers at any hour, in about a minute. Deliberately, the thing we couldn't buy at any price.

The Baby Snooze Experts sleep coaching team

The sleep team

Baby Snooze Experts is a team of sleep consultants who have guided hundreds of families from broken nights to full ones. When you finish the quiz, your situation goes to the team and your sleep expert opens the conversation — and when you join the program, you're matched with your own dedicated coach who stays with your family through all 90 days. Ask anything, any hour; if it's medical, the answer is always the same — call your pediatrician. That rule is absolute.

The research we stand on

Nothing we coach is a hot take. Behavioral sleep methods are among the most-studied interventions in pediatric sleep medicine — including long-term follow-ups showing no harm to attachment, stress, or behavior, and durable gains for the whole family.

  • Mindell et al., SLEEP (2006) — systematic review of behavioral sleep interventions
  • Price, Wake, Ukoumunne & Hiscock, Pediatrics (2012) — five-year randomized follow-up
  • Gradisar et al., Pediatrics (2016) — graduated extinction randomized trial
  • Mindell, Telofski, Wiegand & Kurtz, SLEEP (2009) — bedtime routines and sleep outcomes
  • Touchette et al. (2007); Byars et al. (2012) — family impact of chronic infant sleep disruption

The safe-sleep promise

We follow AAP safe-sleep guidance without exception: baby sleeps alone, on their back, in a bare crib — no blankets, pillows, bumpers, or positioners under 12 months.

We never coach formal sleep training under 4 months. And anything that touches health — illness, breathing, feeding, weight — gets one answer from us, every time: talk to your pediatrician. Coaching is not medical advice, and we're not shy about the difference.

The Give-It-7-Nights guarantee

We're confident enough to make you a straight deal: actually work the plan for your first week, and if your nights aren't improving, you get your money back. Here's exactly how it works:

  • The real shot: complete your program setup and work the plan for at least 5 of your first 7 nights. No paperwork — your nightly check-ins with your coach track this automatically.
  • Window: request within 7 nights of your program start (and no later than 21 days after purchase). Never started at all? Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no conditions.
  • How: email us (address in your welcome email) with a few sentences on how the week went — it gives your coach one honest shot at fixing the real problem first.
  • Then: refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. One guarantee claim per household.
