Baby Snooze Expert (“we”, “us”) helps parents get their babies sleeping through the night. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

What you tell us: your first name, email address, your baby’s first name, age range and sex, and your answers to our sleep assessment (sleep issues, habits, method preference). If you join the program: your phone number (if you choose to provide it) and your conversations with your sleep coach. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.

Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we receive only confirmation of payment, the amount, and your email.

Automatically: standard analytics (pages visited, device type) and, when you arrive from an ad, the ad click identifier (e.g. Google’s gclid) so we can measure which ads actually help families find us.

How we use it

To run your sleep assessment and coaching program; to send you the emails you signed up for (every marketing email has a working unsubscribe link, honored immediately); to send program texts if you opt in; to process payments and refunds; and to measure and improve the service.

Coaching technology

Our coaching is delivered through our own software, which uses vetted technology vendors (including AI infrastructure providers) to help generate fast, personalized responses based on your assessment and conversation. Your conversations are used to coach you — we do not sell them or use them to train public models.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the product: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Google Firebase (secure data storage), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (text delivery), and analytics/advertising measurement (Google). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We never sell your information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your baby’s information

Our service is for parents and guardians (18+). The only information we hold about your baby is what you choose to share — first name, age range, sex, and sleep patterns — and it is used solely to personalize your coaching.

Retention & your rights

We keep your information while your account or coaching relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You can request a copy of your information, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing support@babysnoozeexpert.com. Unsubscribing from marketing email is instant via the link in any email.

Where we operate

We are based in Ontario, Canada, and comply with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). Our service providers may process data in the United States. If you are in a region with additional privacy rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may exercise them via the contact above.
